Direct Engine Mounted (DEM) pump systems are engineered for compact vehicle integration by directly coupling the fire pump assembly to the engine flywheel through a Holset coupling and gearbox arrangement. The architecture minimizes installation space, reduces drivetrain complexity, and enables efficient pump-and-roll firefighting operations across municipal, industrial, ARFF, riot control and rapid response vehicles.
